Cheeky Bugger

Anyone familiar with the roads of KL will know that the road beside Phoenix Plaza at Cheras is undergoing some form of road widening / construction / misc. project, and is in a terrible state, with abrupt elevation and direction changes.

Throw in bad patches of repairs into the mix and what could potentially happen is WRC-style jumps, or a badass accident.

So I was driving along that stretch and being the impatient driver I was, I attempted an overtaking maneuver of dubious legality, but pulled out last minute, stomping on the brakes (threshold of course; Yee Hou NEVER locks his tyres) to pull up a little over a metre behind the car in front of me.

"Hoi cheebye isn't that abit dangerous?" my friend yells at me. "Luckily your brakes are good"

I drop her home, relatively disheveled from the shock I gave her over the little stunt.

"Don't drive so fast ok?" I grunt.
"You let me know when you're home ok?" I grunt again.
"Drive carefully arr!!" "hnnggkkk"

A smile spreads over my face. "Actually what you should have said was 'luckily your braking skills are good' instead of 'luckily your brakes are good' heehee."
